I love to eat, and due to this I started cooking with more gusto than the average folk. I went from cookbooks to working in kitchens and now I have dusty unused cookbooks save one, my Better Homes and Gardens cookbook.

I practice what I call "Back of the Refrigerator Gourmet" style cooking. I rarely used cookbooks, except for baking, and I rarely buy food stuffs specifically for a dinner or a "recipe".

This of course leads to a challenge of sharing these ideas with my friends because I rarely have it written down. This is where I will try to solve that issue. Here you'll find my ever growing collection of meal concepts.  Enjoy.

Caroline found the basis for the recipe several years ago online and has been a major staple in my kitchen.  Tasty and versatile.
